Valencia came to Dublin recently hosting a wonderful Gourmet & tourism evening in the Shelbourne Hotel. Ed met Juan Antonio Muñoz from Valencia Tourism who told him the many different experiences that this region has to offer the Irish Tourist. Guests had the opportunity to discover different aspects of Region of Valencia, starting with a wine tasting and pairing of Valencian products, followed by a networking cocktail dinner with gastronomic tastings prepared by three Michelin-starred chefs from this Region.
