Travel Talk headed to Derry this weekend and met up with Ciaran O' Neill the MD of the Bishop's Gate Hotel - Ciaran took up the opportunity in 2015 to open a new 32 bedroom Boutique Hotel inside the Historic Derry walls as part of a regeneration project and it successfully opened on the 4th March of 2016.
