Aer Lingus Says Decision To Close It's Crew base At Shannon Is Final

Aer Lingus says it won't be possible to reverse the decision to close its crew base in Shannon Airport - despite suggestions otherwise.

It'll tell an Oireachtas committee today that last month's decision is final, leaving up to 126 jobs in doubt.
The airline will also say Ireland's failing to effectively use antigen tests in the fight against Covid - and is an international 'outlier'.
