The UNITE Trade Union says it'll still ballot its members at Dublin Airport on industrial action, despite threats of legal action from its operator.
Craft workers, represented by the union, are in a dispute with the Dublin Airport Authority over working arrangements relating to the pandemic.
The DAA says any industrial action by craft workers would be unlawful and would put airport operations at risk.
However UNITE says it's still going to go ahead with a planned ballot in the coming days.
