Prosecutions for drug possession are up 500 percent in 25 years.
The number of drug-related deaths has also increased by 225 percent over the same period, according to the Citywide Drugs Crisis Campaign.
It says the drugs problem is now a nationwide crisis and is urging the government to set-up a Citizens Assembly on drugs in 2022.
