ISME is calling on the Government to introduce a solidarity tax on PAYE workers earning more than 100 thousand euro per year.
The business group is launching its pre-budget submission today, advising the Finance Minister of the measures it thinks are needed to manage the economic recovery. It focuses on taxation, spending on infrastructure, the National Training Fund and the National Minimum Wage.
