Female participation in Ireland's labour market's at its highest ever level.
The latest quarterly economic bulletin from the Central Bank's forecasting an unemployment rate of less than five percent in the next two years.
It says the overall economy has returned to pre-pandemic levels and expects growth in domestic demand of 7.1 percent this year.
However it's also warning of clouds on the horizon due to the higher cost of living and Covid uncertainty.
Director of Economics and Statistics at the Central Bank, Mark Cassidy, says strong employment growth's driving the recovery:
