We were thrilled to have been joined on the line by Irish Olympic boxer Michael Carruth as he shared his thoughts on this year's games as well as some memories of winning the welterweight gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

In Rugby:
Former Ireland & Leinster hooker and British and Irish Lion, Shane Byrne, chatted to the lads about the Lions tour.

In GAA:
Declan Drake was in studio with former Dublin minor and U21 manager and former Ballinteer senior hurling manager, Sean Lane. Sean gave his analysis of this years Dublin hurling championship which ended in defeat to Cork last Saturday
