The Finance Minister Paschal Donohoe says Ireland is still committed to reaching an historic agreement on international tax rules.
It's after he refused to back the OECD's framework yesterday, over plans for a global corporation tax rate of at least 15 per cent.
130 countries did support the plan, which is due to be finalised in October.
