Garret opened Campagne with his partner Brid Hannon in 2008. Since then Campagne has been awarded many prestigious awards on a national and international level, most notably one Michelin star in September 2013 which it still retains today. Garrett is a straight talker and his no-nonsense approach to creating excellent food is both refreshing and inspiring.
