Our special guest this evening is Melanie Harrison, proprietor of the The Harrison Belfast- Melanie started out life as a food scientist, studying in Belfast, the US, France and New Zealand. She then travelled extensively as a solo traveller to India, all over South America and returning to New Zealand again before heading to France, one of her favourite countries. She describes herself as "definitely" a bit of a Francophile. Melanie decided to bring all these passions and experiences home to her beloved Belfast by creating the Bohemian Bolthole that is the "Harrison Hotel" which she fondly names as her "Chambers of Distinction" no less!
