Our special guests are proprietor Patricia Roberts and Award winning Head Chef Keith Pigott - Patricia has lovingly created a unique guest experience at No. 1 Pery Square, Hotel and Spa located in Limerick's Georgian area. Patricia has worked for many years in hospitality in some of Ireland's finest houses and she has brought all that experience to Pery Square where together with Head Chef Keith Pigott they create their unique "Blue Book" welcome.
