On this evening’s Sunday Show… I’m joined by Her Excellency Teresa Lizaranzu, Ambassador of Spain to Ireland, to discuss the special relationship between Ireland and Spain, why Spain remains a favourite destination for Irish travellers, and the cultural ties that continue to bring our two countries together.

I’ll also be chatting to author Colum Mac Donnell about his new book, A Spanish Admiral, which tells the remarkable story of Enrique MacDonnell—the Irish-descended Spanish naval hero who fought at the Battle of Trafalgar and rose to become one of Spain’s most distinguished admirals.
