On this evening’s Sunday Show I had the pleasure of chatting with one of Ireland’s most exciting young musicians — Jamie Duffy.  At just 24, Jamie has already achieved extraordinary success, with his hauntingly beautiful debut single “Solas” becoming the most streamed debut by an Irish artist since Hozier’s Take Me To Church.

In our conversation, Jamie spoke about his creative journey, the inspirations behind his music, and his incredible recent achievements — including writing the score for the upcoming film 500 Miles, starring Bill Nighy and Maisie Williams. He’s also shared the stage with legends like Andrea Bocelli and Hans Zimmer at London’s Hyde Park.
